• Where does Kemitt operate?

  For the moment, we are going to be operating/selling in the middle east , mainly in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Dubai.

• What is the legality position of kemitt ?

  Kemitt is a registered shareholding company

• What are the methods of payment?

  You can pay via credit/debit cards, or through "Aman" in Egypt. You can choose your preferred payment option during the checkout.

• Till when can I cancel my order?

  The order can be cancelled before the manufacturing process starts. The process usually starts within 24 hours of order placing.

• How to apply special deals/promo codes on my order?

  As you check out, in the payment page , you will find the box to enter your promo code in. You cannot combine more than 1 promo code for the same order.

• What is our return/exchange policy?

  Since kemitt's products are made according to specific orders, we cannot guarantee returns or exchanges unless the delivered item/s has a manufacturing defect.

• Why does it take a few days to get the order ready for shipment?

  Kemitt, unlike other online stores, provides its customers with a unique experience in which the purchased item is exclusively manufactured for this specific customer.
